About the Role:
We’re seeking skilled and reliable Cladders to join our growing team across multiple sites in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs. Working with some of Melbourne’s leading facade companies, you’ll be specialising in high-end perforated screen and balustrade installations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in perforated screen systems, balustrade installation, and equitone cladding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute perforated screen and balustrade installations from start to finish
- Install perforated screens with precision hammer drill fixings to specification
- Work with aluminium balustrade systems and screening solutions
- Interpret and work from construction drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with site managers and other trades on deadlines and site requirements
- Ensure all screen and balustrade installations meet quality standards and building codes
What We’re Looking For:
- Trade-qualified Carpenter with experience in cladding, perforated screens, or balustrade systems (desirable)
- Strong skills in equitone installation and fixing systems
- Essential experience with perforated screen installation, balustrade work, or cladding systems
- White Card and Scissors Ticket
