About the Role:
We are currently looking for Commercial Carpenters on an ongoing basis, for general commercial carpentry requirements on a brand new Aged Care build.
The role includes a variety of work, so no day will be the same, with experience in timber framing, steel framing and cladding a must and having your EWP ticket is desirable.
Being able to work on your own at times and in a team is a must, to go with a can do attitude that wants to see daily goals achieved.
Duties Include:
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accurate execution of works
- Set out of internal frames
- Build & construct timber frames
- Set out and stand steel frames
- External cladding - Prepare, measure, cut and install
Location:
- Tullamarine

- Shift Times - 7.00am to 3.30pm - Monday to Friday
- Overtime on Offer and occasional Saturdays ( Penalty Rates )

What you will need:
- Be familiar and comfortable working in a team or individually
- Familiar with external cladding installations
- Ability to read plans
- A good work ethic is a must
- Available full time hours.
