About the Role:
- Operating and programming CNC machines to produce custom cabinetry
- Reading and interpreting detailed production drawings
- Programming using CNC software – Woodop experience is highly regarded
- Monitoring output quality and troubleshooting machine issues
- Working closely with the production and design teams to meet delivery targets
- Proven experience with CNC machinery in the cabinet making or joinery space
- Strong understanding of cabinetry components and assembly
- Experience with Woodop or similar software (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and in a team-based workshop
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
