Key Responsibilities
- Operating CNC and edge banding machines (pre-programmed)
- Loading and unloading materials onto machinery
- Monitoring production and ensuring quality output
- Assisting with cabinet assembly and general factory duties
- Cleaning and maintaining machines and work areas
- Supporting the wider production team as required
- Previous experience in a cabinet making or joinery factory
- Exposure to CNC or edge banding machines
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and quality control
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Own transport and driver’s licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Immediate start
