- Proven experience in commercial cladding / façade installation
- Experience with ACP / ACM aluminium systems or architectural metal cladding
- Ability to read and work from installation drawings and plans
- Comfortable working at heights on a daily basis
- EWP licence (preferred)
- White Card
- Driver’s licence + reliable transport
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team or independently
- Temp-to-ongoing pipeline of work with consistent site availability
- Competitive hourly rate $48–$49 + $22.41 per day travel
- Overtime available on certain projects
- Exposure to high-profile commercial façade builds across Melbourne
