With multiple projects kicking off across the North, West and South-East, they are looking to bring on several experienced Civil Supervisors to join the team.
The Role
- Take ownership of day-to-day site delivery across civil infrastructure projects
- Lead site crews, subcontractors and project teams
- Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Coordinate resources, materials, plant and subcontractors
- Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to keep projects on program
- Monitor quality, safety and productivity across site
- Assist with resolving issues and keeping projects moving
About You
We’re looking for experienced Civil Supervisors who are confident running sites and taking ownership of delivery.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Strong experience supervising civil infrastructure projects including roads, highways, bridges, water infrastructure and more
- Solid understanding of construction methodology and site delivery
- Experience managing crews and subcontractors
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work closely with Engineers and Project Managers
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to get things done
