This is a hands-on site-based role suited to a Civil Supervisor with solid civil construction experience who enjoys leading crews, coordinating subcontractors and delivering quality civil outcomes in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising civil works from start to finish
- Coordinating and directing crews and subcontractors on site
- Delivery of drainage, sewer, water, earthworks and pavements
- Ensuring works comply with drawings, specifications and quality standards
- Managing site safety, pre-starts and toolbox talks
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor
on civil construction projects
- Confident leading site teams and subcontractors
- Strong safety focus and practical problem-solving skills
- Background with a reputable civil contractor preferred
- $125k – $135k + super + company vehicle
- 5 weeks annual leave
- No Saturday work
