This is a hands-on site-based role suited to a Leading Hand / Civil Supervisor with solid subdivision experience who enjoys leading crews, coordinating subcontractors and delivering quality civil outcomes in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising civil subdivision works from start to finish
- Coordinating and directing crews and subcontractors on site
- Delivery of drainage, sewer, water, earthworks and pavements
- Ensuring works comply with drawings, specifications and quality standards
- Managing site safety, pre-starts and toolbox talks
- Liaising with Project Managers, engineers, surveyors and suppliers
- Monitoring program and assisting with productivity and sequencing
About You:
- Proven experience as a Leading Hand / Civil Supervisor on subdivision projects
- Strong understanding of drainage, sewer and civil infrastructure
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings
- Confident leading site teams and subcontractors
- Strong safety focus and practical problem-solving skills
- Background with a reputable civil contractor preferred
