Due to continued project wins, they’re looking to bring on an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead a crew for a new drainage, sewer and water infrastructure project in South-east Melbourne. This is a key role within the business, with clear pathways into senior supervision and project leadership for the right person.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising day-to-day site operations on civil infrastructure projects
- Managing crews, subcontractors, plant and materials
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to quality standards
- Liaising with Site Managers, engineers and PM's to keep projects running smoothly
- Experience supervising drainage, sewer and water
works
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive site performance
- Solid understanding of safety, quality and programme delivery
