The Opportunity
As Civil Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of civil construction projects, overseeing site operations from start to finish. Projects span a diverse range of civil works, offering variety, challenge, and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, materials, and labour
- Lead and motivate site teams to achieve high performance outcomes
- Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and stakeholders
- Monitor progress, report on performance, and proactively manage risks
- Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil construction
- Strong background across a range of civil projects (e.g. earthworks, roads, pavements, services, subdivisions, drainage)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
