Key Responsibilities
- Managing projects from commencement through to completion
- Overseeing project programmes, budgets and costs
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Contract administration and commercial management
- Leading project and site teams to deliver safely, efficiently and to programme
- Civil construction experience, ideally across subdivision projects
- A couple of years' experience as a Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of project financials and management of resources
- Relevant civil engineering or construction qualifications preferred
- $135k – $155k++ DOE
