The role will see you managing end-to-end delivery of civil subdivision projects, including drainage, sewer, water, earthworks and pavements, working closely with site teams, subcontractors and consultants.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering civil subdivisions
- Strong technical knowledge of drainage and sewer infrastructure
- Sound commercial, programming and cost control skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
