A leading Civil Construction company is seeking experienced Civil Operators for major infrastructure and subdivision projects across Brisbane’s north to Caboolture. We’re looking for reliable, safety‑focused operators skilled in machinery such as excavators, moxys, loaders, and rollers to join a long‑term civil crew in 2026.
Responsibilities
- Operate civil plant including excavators, moxys, loaders, and rollers on active civil sites.
- Conduct pre‑start checks and maintain equipment to high safety and performance standards.
- Work closely with site supervisors and labourers to meet construction targets.
- Assist with bulk earthworks, trenching, backfilling, and road base preparation.
- Uphold a strong safety culture across all daily site activities.
- Proven operating experience in civil works.
- Strong understanding of ground compaction, site levels, and general earthmoving tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a proactive site attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Current Tickets/Licences for relevant plant (excavator, moxy, roller, loader).
- Valid White Card.
- Driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
- Experience in subdivisions, roadworks, or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Competitive pay with penalties, travel allowance, and super.
- Ongoing civil work from Brisbane’s north through to Caboolture.
