The Role
Reporting to the Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading small crews on site and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to program. You’ll play a key role in coordinating daily activities, plant and subcontractors while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise on-site crews and subcontractors
- Coordinate daily works, plant, materials, and resources
- Ensure works are completed to program and quality requirements
- Liaise with Supervisors and Project Management to resolve site issues
- Act as a mentor to crew members and up-and-coming operators
About You
- Proven experience as a Civil Leading Hand(or senior operator stepping up)
- Background in civil, road, infrastructure or utilities projects
- Relevant tickets and licences (white card essential)
