About the Role
- Contract-to-full-time opportunity with long-term job security

- Work on major civil and infrastructure projects across Melbourne
Key Responsibilities
- Operate excavators (5T–20T) across a range of civil works, including pile drilling
- Read and interpret construction drawings confidently
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate site works when required
- Help with formwork, concrete pours, and drainage work as needed
- Carry out daily machine maintenance and inspections
- Keep site documentation up to date (SWMS, ITPs, Toolbox talks, inductions)
- Maintain safe work practices and support a positive team environment
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience operating excavators on civil or infrastructure projects
- Current driver’s licence and relevant operator tickets (e.g. Roller, EWP, Scaffold, Spotter, Stop/Slow Bat, First Aid & CPR)
- Strong construction knowledge and understanding of site documentation
- Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual with good problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
