Fetch Recruitment are hiring experienced and entry-level Civil Labourers / Spotters to join our team for an ongoing contract role in Adelaide’s North West.
What’s on offer:
- $36.26 – $38.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Travel allowance – $21.94 per day
- Meal allowance – $18.51 (after 9.5 hours worked)

Duties will include
- Assisting subcontractors with concreting, drainage, and storm-water works
- Spotting machine and assisting with high-risk demolition work
- Digging trenches and installing electrical/NBN conduits
- General site setup and clean-up
- Operating machinery (Roller, Loader, Moxy, etc. – if tickets are held)
Successful candidates must:
- Hold a White Card (essential)
- Be able to pass, and continue to pass, daily drug and alcohol testing
- Have a National Police Clearance issued within the last 12 months
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to work without a phone on site
- Have previous civil labouring or spotting experience (preferred but not essential)
