We are seeking experienced Civil Labourers for multiple ongoing civil construction projects across Melbourne. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general civil construction works
- Excavation, trenching, and site preparation
- Installation of stormwater, sewer, water, and drainage infrastructure
- Pipe laying and pit installation
- Site clean-up, material handling, and traffic management assistance
- Assist with concreting, kerb and channel, footpaths, roadworks, and earthworks
- Support machine operators, pipe crews, and site supervisors as required
- Operate plant and equipment where appropriately licensed and experienced
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
- Previous civil construction or labouring experience highly regarded
- White Card (essential)
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport (essential)
- Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
- Plant and machinery tickets (Excavator, Roller, Skid Steer, Loader, etc.) advantageous
- Traffic Management tickets (desirable)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team
