Fetch Recruitment are working with multiple major civil contractors who are looking for experienced civil labourers, to work on their sub-division sites primarily in and around Melbourne's South East on a labour hire basis.
About the Role:
- Taking measurements and calculating levels
- Assisting subcontractors – concreting pits, drainage, stormwater, etc
- Digging trenches and installing electrical & NBN conduits
- Operating machines – Roller, Loader, Moxy & more **must have ticket
- Site setup and clean up – fencing, flagging, moving materials
- Spotting and working around machines
Pay & Benefits.
- $34 - 36 ph - rate will depend on experience
- $21.94 travel allowance
- $18.51 meal allowance **applicable after 9.5 hours worked
Skills & Experience
- White card
- Australian Driver’s License and own transport
- Previous civil labouring experience preferred although all people will be considered
- Able to pass D&A testing
- Plant and machine tickets **desirable
