- Assist with pipe laying support, backfilling, and basic earthworks tasks
- Help set up and maintain safe working zones
- Support operators and trades as required
- Perform site safety checks and follow all WHS procedures
- Work effectively within a fast-paced civil team environment
- Basic or skilled civil labouring experience welcomed
- Understanding of civil tasks such as spotting, using hand tools, and site setup
- White Card is essential
- Reliable transport and valid driver’s licence
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to work well within a team and follow directions
- Location: Gleneagle and surrounding suburbs
- Temp-to-perm opportunities depending on performance
