Fetch Recruitment is hiring skilled and reliable labourers to support major civil projects across metro and regional Adelaide. With multiple stages of work recently awarded to our clients, we’ve got long-term opportunities available for immediate start. You’ll be working on a variety of projects including subdivisions, roads, pipelines, quarries, and large-scale landscaping. All roles are with reputable civil contractors offering consistency, stability, and the chance to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking measurements and calculating levels
- Assisting subcontractors – concreting, drainage, landscaping
- Digging trenches and installing electrical & NBN conduits
- Operating machines – Roller, Loader, Moxy & more **must have ticket
- Site setup and clean up – fencing, flagging, moving materials
- Spotting and working around machines
What’s On Offer
- $36 – 40 p/h (rate will depend on experience)
- $21.94 p/d travel allowance
- $19 p/d meal allowance **applicable after 9.5 hours worked
- Penalty rates for all overtime worked – UP TO 20 HOURS A WEEK ON OFFER!!
- FREE PPE – Premium gear including Boots & Jacket
- Long term, consistent work with same employer on the same job site
- Temp to perm opportunity – reviewed at 3 and 6 months
What We’re Looking For
- Valid White Card
- Driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Previous labouring or civil site experience preferred
- Machine/plant tickets highly regarded (Roller, Loader, etc.)
- Ability to pass a d&a screen
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
