Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate estimates, quantity take-offs and cost plans
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Preparing pre-qualifications, tenders and submissions
- Working closely with Project Managers, engineers and key stakeholders
About You:
- Proven experience as a Civil Estimator or similar
- Strong project experience across civil earthworks, structural concrete, commercial landscaping, reinforcement and stormwater drainage
- Experience delivering projects across civic, commercial, health, education, transport or leisure sectors
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, costs and estimating processes
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
