They are looking to expand their growing team of carpenters to work on a number of exciting projects valued up to $10m, with this current project being in Albert Park.
Our client covers new builds, renovations and extensions, so you will gain exposure to working on some of Melbourne's best heritage and period style builds.

The Role
Our client is seeking passionate Carpenters who are proud of the company they work for and the work they deliver on a daily basis with the opportunity to move into a full time position.
Working alongside the Leading Hand and Site Supervisor, you will perform general carpentry tasks across framing, lock-up, and fix-out stages, with custom detailing from job to job, so no day will be the same.
You will need to think outside the box and adapt to change due to the complexity and challenges of each build.
Experience in architectural builds and plan reading is ideal, along with a keen eye for detail.
What You’ll Do
- Hands-on carpentry across all stages – framing, lock up and fix
- Read and interpret plans and custom detailing
- Experience in pre site demolition and site set outs desirable
- Set out, mark and build stick build frames and install prefab frames from time to time
- Install interior & exterior feature timber lining and feature cladding boards
- Review plans for heights to allow for the installation of custom made windows and doors
What You’ll Need
- Cert III in Carpentry + minimum 2 years’ experience on high-end builds
- Experience working on architectural builders from start to finish
- Strong finishing skills and ability to interpret detailed drawings
- White Card, own tools, and reliable transport
- Ability to liaise professionally with clients, architects, and trades
- Confidence speaking with clients when visiting sites unannounced
