Fetch has partnered with a leading Architectural Builder, seeking a full time carpenter to work on architectural builds up to the value of $5m.
The Builder is known for their detail builds and works with a number of leading architecture firms in Melbourne.

The Role
Our client is seeking a passionate Carpenter, that is proud of the company they work for and the work they deliver on a daily basis.
Working alongside the Leading Hand and Site Supervisor, you will perform general carpentry tasks across framing, lock up and fix out stages.
You will need to be able to think outside the box and adapt to change due to the complexity and challenges that the build will bring up.
Experience in Architectural builds and plan reading is ideal, along with a keen eye for detail.
What You’ll Do
- Hands-on carpentry across all stages – framing to detailed finish
- Read and interpret architectural plans and custom detailing
- Pre site demolition and site set out experience desirable
- Deliver high end finish work
- Be able to adapt to working in a team and on your own at times
What You’ll Need
- Cert III in Carpentry + minimum 3 years on high-end builds
- Strong finishing skills and ability to interpret detail drawings
- Proven leadership of small teams or as a leading hand
- White Card, own tools, and reliable transport
- Ability to liaise professionally with clients, architects & trades
- Confident speaking with clients when visiting sites unannounced
