About the Role:
We are currently looking for carpenters to work across multiple commercial projects, providing assistance on educational, apartment and healthcare builds.
The role will require you to have experience doing timber & metal framing, installing different types of cladding (cement sheet & timber), decking and fix work.
You will work alongside our clients wider carpentry team to help complete tasks and stick to deadlines, with the opportunity to support them for 3-6 months + of work.
Duties Include:
- Setting out subframes for decks
- Installation of different types of decking systems - timber & modwood
- Installing different types of roofing systems
- Preparing and installing different types of cladding
- Set out and build, timber and metal framing
- Complete fix work - hanging doors, installing architraves and skirting
- Install custom made doors
- Fit off door handles and bathroom hardware
Location:
- Northcote - Education
- St Kilda - Apartment - 12 levels
- Camberwell - Medical Centre
Benefits:
