About the Builder
Fetch has partnered with a leading architectural builder based in the inner south-eastern and bayside suburbs. They are looking to expand their growing team of carpenters to work on a number of exciting projects valued up to $10m.
With a strong pipeline of work, there will be opportunities to further upskill and grow into Leading Hand and Site Supervisor positions.

The Role
Our client is seeking a passionate Carpenter who is proud of the company they work for and the work they deliver on a daily basis.
Working alongside the Leading Hand and Site Supervisor, you will perform general carpentry tasks across framing, lock-up, and fix-out stages.
You will need to think outside the box and adapt to change due to the complexity and challenges of each build.
Experience in architectural builds and plan reading is ideal, along with a keen eye for detail.
What You’ll Do
- Hands-on carpentry across all stages – from framing to detailed finishes
- Read and interpret architectural plans and custom detailing
- Pre-site demolition and site set-out experience (desirable)
- Deliver high-end finish work
- Work effectively both in a team and independently
What You’ll Need
- Cert III in Carpentry + minimum 3 years’ experience on high-end builds
- Strong finishing skills and ability to interpret detailed drawings
- Proven leadership of small teams or experience as a Leading Hand
- White Card, own tools, and reliable transport
- Ability to liaise professionally with clients, architects, and trades
- Confidence speaking with clients when visiting sites unannounced
