Fetch have partnered with multiple Builders to help deliver carpentry work on high end residential builds, ranging from $1m to $10m, with the opportunity to join their team on a full time basis for the right person.

The Role
We’re looking for multi skilled and motivated Carpenters, working closely with the Site Supervisor and wider carpentry team, to help deliver an architectural build.
You must be confident in all aspects of carpentry, including reading plans, site set outs, framing, lock up and fix out.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well in a team and also work individually from time to time.
What You’ll Do
- Hands-on carpentry across all stages – framing to detailed finish
- Read and interpret architectural plans and custom detailing
- Experience in pre site demolition and site set outs desirable
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and apprentices when required
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and build quality
- Act as the go-to person when the Site Manager is off-site
- Be able to adapt to working in a team and on your own at times
What You’ll Need
- Cert III in Carpentry + minimum 3 years' experience on high-end builds
- Strong finishing skills and ability to interpret detail drawings
- Proven leadership of small teams or as a leading hand
- White Card, own tools, and reliable transport
- Ability to liaise professionally with clients, architects & trades
- Confident speaking with clients when visiting sites unannounced
