About the Role:
We are currently looking for Carpenters for ongoing and full time positions for residential carpentry requirements working on premium residential builds in the Bayside and South Eastern Suburbs.
The role requires someone who has experience in architectural builds or previously worked on high-end residential builds looking to gain further skills.
Duties Include:
- Hands-on carpentry across all stages – framing to detailed finish
- Support delivery across 1-2 active high-end projects
- Read and interpret architectural plans and custom detailing
- Experience in pre site demolition and site set outs desirable
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and apprentices
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and build quality
- Act as the go-to person when the Site Manager is off-site
- Be able to adapt to working in a team and on your own at times

- Shift Times - 7.00am to 3.30pm - Monday to Friday
- Overtime on Offer on occasional Saturdays ( Penalty Rates )

What you will need:
- Be familiar and comfortable working on high end residential builds
- Confident reading plans
- An ability to work with battery and hand tools
- Work in a team and autonomously
- Available full time hours.
