The Role
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated carpenter with strong experience in high-end residential construction. You’ll work across framing, lock-up, and fix stages, maintaining exceptional standards under demanding schedules.
What’s Involved
- 60–70 hours per week on the Mornington project
- Paid overtime and weekend work
- Other projects ranging from $2 million – $5 million builds across Melbourne’s South East
- Work alongside leading site managers and trades who take pride in delivering detail-driven craftsmanship
- Qualified Carpenter (Cert III in Carpentry or equivalent)
- Strong background in high-end or architectural builds
- Reliable, efficient, and calm under pressure
- Willingness to work long hours when required to meet project milestones
- Ability to interpret detailed plans and maintain high finish standards
- Excellent hourly rate with overtime paid
- Consistent pipeline of premium-level work
