About the Role
- Work on luxury residential builds valued between $1M–$3M
- Participate in commercial fit-outs and builds up to $5M
- Contribute to modular and prefabricated construction projects
- Occasional away work with generous overtime and accommodation provided
- Engage in both structural and detailed finishing carpentry
- Consistent hours with opportunities for weekend work and OT
- Trade qualification in Carpentry (Cert III or equivalent)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience across residential and/or commercial carpentry
- High-attention to detail and ability to read plans
- Own tools and reliable transport
- White Card (mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, high-performing team
- Consistent pipeline of high-end projects
