About the Role:
We’re seeking skilled and reliable Cladders & Window installers to join our growing team across multiple sites in Melbourne’s southeast. Working with some of Melbourne’s leading facade companies, you’ll be specialising in Reclad projects & Commercial window installations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Aluminium facades (Cladding or Windows). You’ll be working on retail, office, and residential developments with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute aluminium facade installations from start to finish across multiple southeast sites
- Work with aluminium cladding or windows
- Measure, cut, and fit perforated panels to exact specifications
- Interpret and work from construction drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with site managers and other trades on deadlines and site requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment
- Ensure all screen and balustrade installations meet quality standards and building codes
What We’re Looking For:
- Trade-qualified Carpenter with experience in cladding, perforated screens, Windows or balustrade systems
- Strong skills in aluminium installation and fixing systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- White Card and relevant tools
- Own transport
