About the Role
Fetch Recruitment are recruiting for multiple carpentry positions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Carpenter who wants to continue developing their skills and build a career in architectural residential construction.
You’ll work alongside an experienced team on a range of custom homes, high-quality renovations and architecturally designed projects throughout Melbourne.
You’ll be involved in the hands-on delivery of projects from early construction stages through to the finer finishing details, developing your skills across different aspects of residential building.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a good eye for detail and wants to be part of a team that values quality over cutting corners.

- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, site safety and organisation
- Taking ownership of your work and developing your skills across all stages of construction
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative and professional site environment
- A Certificate III in Carpentry (onsite apprenticeship) with a minimum of one year out of their apprenticeship
- Solid practical carpentry skills and a willingness to keep learning while also being adaptable
- A genuine interest in architectural homes, bespoke construction and quality finishes
- A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering a high standard of work
- A reliable, proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
- Good communication skills and a professional approach on site
