Duties
- Assembly of commercial joinery and cabinetry
- Reading and interpreting plans and shop drawings
- Operating CNC machinery
- Operating panel saws and edge banders
- Laminating, hand edging, trimming, filling, and sanding
- Hardware fitting and final assembly
- Working with bendy ply and curved joinery
- General factory duties and quality control
- Previous factory cabinet making experience
- Strong commercial joinery background
- Good CNC experience is essential
- Experience operating edge banders and panel saws
- Experience laminating and hand finishing
- Ability to read plans and work independently
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
- Own basic hand and power tools
- Reliable transport and valid driver's licence
- Full Australian working rights
