YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Laying and compacting asphalt on roads, car parks, and subdivisions
- Raking, levelling and prepping surfaces
- Operating rollers and/or working alongside paver machines
- Assisting with site clean-up, patch work and resurfacing
- Working in a tight-knit crew with experienced foremen
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Previous experience on asphalt crews (essential for most roles)
- VOCs/tickets for Paver or Roller (desirable, not essential)
- White Card
- Own transport & valid driver’s licence (sites may not be public transport accessible)
- A good attitude and willingness to work 10-hour days, 5–6 days/week
