Fetch Mining Services is seeking experienced Production All Rounder Operators to join a newly established gold mining operation in the Goldfields region, starting as soon as possible.
This is a rare chance to be part of a ground-floor project with a reputable mining company known for reliable conditions, above-average remuneration, and genuine long-term stability.
We are particularly interested in hearing from local Kalgoorlie-based operators seeking consistent work, strong income potential, and clear pathways for career growth.
The role is residential with DIDO/BIBO options from Kalgoorlie. Camp accommodation is provided if required, or you can return home after each shift.
What we offer:
- 2:1 roster – rotating days and nights
- DIDO / BIBO residential position based in Kalgoorlie
- Immediate commencement available
- Hourly rate of $65 – $68
- Full payment for 12.5-hour shifts
- All-rounder production duties
- Operation of 1200s, 1900s, 2600s haul trucks
- Operation of PC1250 excavators, D10 dozers, 16M graders, and 980 loaders
- Secure, ongoing employment
- Pathway to permanent employment after 3 months
- Potential to mobilise to site as early as next week
- Involvement in a brand-new gold mining development backed by an established operator
- Opportunities for skill development and progression to additional equipment
Essential experience and qualifications:
- At least 3 years as a Production All Rounder Operator
- Demonstrated experience operating 1200, 1250, 1900, or 2600 haul trucks, OR a combination of dozer, grader, and loader
- Proven track record handling large-scale heavy machinery on active mine sites
- Experience in high-output, fast-paced production settings
- Capability to meet and exceed production goals
- Clean National Police Clearance
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Residential status in Kalgoorlie (all medical assessments must be completed in Western Australia)
- Reliable work ethic and strong team collaboration skills
Additional requirements:
- Successful completion of a pre-employment medical examination
- Negative result on pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Completion of all required online inductions
- Provision of two recent, contactable work references
- Immediate availability to start
- Full Australian work rights (no visa sponsorship available)
