Got AP experience but after something more chill and flexible? This is a newly created role with a commercial construction business that’s growing steadily - and smartly.
You’ll join a tight-knit finance & admin team of five, where people genuinely enjoy working together. Everyone’s happy to help out where needed - whether that’s jumping on reception if someone’s away, or just keeping the office vibes upbeat and organised.

Your Role in Action
- Processing invoices and setting up new suppliers
- Managing AP batches and payments via Premier Construction Software
- Reconciling statements and following up any issues
- Keeping records clean and accurate
- Supporting the finance & admin team with general tasks as needed
The Skills That Set You Apart
- 2+ years in AP (construction experience a bonus, not essential)
- Someone who’s proactive, thorough and enjoys contributing
- Comfortable picking up adhoc admin (reception, events, odd jobs)
- Sharp with systems (Premier is a plus) and strong attention to detail
- Confident working independently but also a solid team player
