We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage and streamline accounts and reporting processes across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Enter invoices accurately into accounting systems
- Prepare and issue invoicing and progress claims
- Oversee and coordinate pay runs
- Assist project teams with financial reporting
- Monitor work in hand and cash flow
- Prepare reports and items for monthly board meetings
- Oversee bank guarantees, bonds, and retention management
- Provide data analysis across clients, projects, and internal teams
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts/finance within the Construction industry
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with accounting systems - Must have Cheops experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present insights clearly
- Proactive, adaptable, and process-driven
- Comfortable balancing transactional and reporting responsibilities
