Fetch Mining Services is recruiting 10 experienced Production Excavator Operators to join a brand-new gold mining operation in the Goldfields region, with operations starting immediately.
This represents an outstanding chance to contribute to the establishment and growth of a fresh site from the outset.

Essential Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years as a production excavator operator
- Proven capability operating 1200 / 1900-class excavators
- Current, clean Western Australian Driver's Licence and Police Clearance
- Demonstrated experience on large heavy mining machinery in site-based roles
- Background in fast-paced, high-production environments focused on meeting targets
- Strong team collaboration skills and positive, professional attitude
- WA-based candidates only (no interstate flights; all medical assessments must be completed in Western Australia)
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical examination and drug/alcohol screening
- Positive mindset with eagerness to develop further skills
- Completion of required online inductions
- Provision of two recent, contactable work references
- Readiness to start work promptly
- Full Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship available)
