Fetch Mining Services is recruiting experienced Production All Rounder Operators to join a newly developed gold mining operation in Western Australia's Goldfields region, starting immediately.
This represents a rare chance to contribute from the early stages of a new site, working with a reputable mining contractor that prioritises long-term employment, competitive remuneration, and pathways for skill advancement across equipment types.
Key Role Details and Benefits:
- Established 2/1 roster incorporating both day and night shifts
- Immediate mobilisation – potential to commence on site within the coming week
- Competitive rate of $65–$68 per hour for 12.5-hour paid shifts
- Operation of large-scale equipment including 1200–2600 class excavators, PC1250, D10 dozers, 16M graders, and 980 loaders
- True all-rounder production position focused on achieving daily and weekly targets

Essential Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years' proven experience in a production all-rounder operator capacity
- Demonstrated competency operating a combination of large excavators (1200, 1250, 1900, or 2600 class), dozers, graders, and loaders
- Prior site-based experience on heavy mining machinery in high-production environments
- Strong track record of working safely and effectively in fast-paced, volume-driven operations to meet production goals
- Clean National Police Clearance and current Australian Driver's Licence
- Positive team-oriented attitude with reliable work ethic
- WA-based candidates only (no interstate flights or medicals accepted)
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination and drug/alcohol screening
- Willingness to complete required online inductions
- Provision of two recent, contactable work references
- Immediate availability to start
- Full Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship available)
