Fetch Mining Services are currently recruiting a large number of Production Dump Truck Operators for multiple operations across the Goldfields and Pilbara, starting ASAP.
These roles offer the chance to step into established mining operations with consistent, long-term work and genuine opportunities for career growth.
The Opportunity:
- FIFO from Perth on a 2/1 roster (days and nights)
- Immediate start available
- Hourly rates up to $58 per hour
- 12.5-hour shifts – all hours paid
- Operating CAT 777, 785 & 793 dump trucks
- Production environment – working with excavators and loaders
- Ongoing, secure work with potential for permanency after 3 months
- Opportunities across both gold and iron ore sites
- Work with reputable, well-established mining companies

Experience Required:
- 12–18 months minimum experience in a production dump truck role
- Proven experience operating 777, 785 and/or 793 trucks
- Strong exposure to high-volume production environments
- Experience working to production targets
- Current driver’s licence
- Clean police clearance
- Solid site-based mining experience (essential)
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude
- Must be WA-based (no interstate flights provided)
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Willingness to complete online inductions
- Two recent, contactable references required
- Available to commence immediately
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
