What You'll Be Doing:
- ROM Management and Crusher operations, maintenance and Loading
- Working in an autonomous role as part of a high performing team with great culture
- Liaise with client representatives and senior management in regard to production, safety, and maintenance;
- Complete the required inspections, audits, and HSE reports;
- Complete daily production reports and submit them in a timely manner;
- Schedule, plan and perform maintenance activities;
- Monitor and maintain stock levels;
- Ensure the crushing plant operates to the maximum output capacity and efficiency;
- Actively supervise all employees and sub-contractors on site;
- Conduct internal training when required
Necessary Experience To Be Considered:
- 3+ years' experience in a similar supervisory role in mobile crushing operations
- Experience with either Terex Finlay, McCloskey, Metso or Kleeiman Mobile Crushers
- Willing to be malleable with day to day requirements of the job
- Must be able to work in an autonmous role and as part of a team and have good communication
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre emplyment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Must have a valid drivers licence
- Must have your S26
- 2 Recent contactable references
- Must be able to provide a clean police clearance
- Great attitude
- Transparent with communication
