A professional member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI), she brings years of experience building HR functions from the ground up and driving learning, engagement, and capability initiatives.

With a background across both construction and recruitment, Reanne understands the industries Fetch operates in — having worked in recruitment for nearly seven years while remaining closely connected to her family’s mobile crane business since 2011.

Originally from Sydney, she moved to Melbourne in 2018 and is now focused on supporting Fetch’s leaders and team to perform at their best.
