Having worked in both London and Melbourne, Neil has a deep understanding of the construction sector's unique demands, he excels at matching candidates with the right skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

With 17 years of experience specifically in construction recruitment, Neil has honed his expertise in sourcing, vetting, and placing candidates in a wide range of roles, from skilled tradespeople to project managers and beyond. Prior to starting his recruitment carer, Neil qualified as an Environmental Scientist.
