Jordan began her journey at Fetch as an intern and progressed into a full-time role as the Perth Office and Mobilisation Coordinator, where she was responsible for compliance checks, candidate verification, and supporting the mobilisation team.

After transitioning from retail into recruitment, Jordan found the work highly fulfilling and was able to apply a strong set of transferable skills from her previous experience.

While building her career at Fetch, Jordan completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Human Resource Management at Curtin University.

In January 2026, Jordan moved into a People and Capability role, where she now supports the business across people initiatives, internal processes, and workforce development.
