With 8 years of sales experience, Jess joined Fetch in 2020 and has since taken on a variety of roles within the company. She is now our People and Culture Manager, and she plays a key role in shaping the growth and development of our team.
Jess leads the company’s learning and development working group, focusing on fostering the professional growth of our Fetchies. She also oversees internal recruitment, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. In addition, Jess is responsible for organising all team events and initiatives, keeping the office atmosphere fun and engaging. She is dedicated to strengthening our workplace culture and consistently seeks opportunities to contribute to the business's continued success.
