Job Summary:
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role as the customer's primary point of contact for all maintenance & warranty needs. Your expertise will be essential in efficiently planning and coordinating skilled technicians' schedules to align with customer's specific requirements seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and manage all maintenance jobs from quotation to completion
  • Maintain constant contact with technicians to coordinate, delegate, and follow up on jobs and progress
  • Engage and inform customers about the status of their jobs
  • Create job sheets and maintain the customer database
  • Assist in the project management of larger jobs
  • Manage customer contracts and process invoices
  • General office administration and customer service

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within the Building & Construction industry, ideally within Joinery 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, AroFlo experience is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and influence outcomes
  • You would describe yourself as bubbly and positive with a can-do attitude
  • Team player mentality with the ability to work well with all stakeholders
