My client is a national award-winning insurance builder that specialises in repairing and restoring both residential and commercial properties after insurable events such as fires, floods, storms, and intentional or accidental damage. They've recently expanded to Victoria, and are now looking to have a coordinator who is passionate about customer experience and helping clients through a difficult time join their team.


  • 2 weeks of paid training interstate

As a part of the construction team, you will work closely with the clients and contractors. An integral part of the project, you will be responsible for the claim administration and delivery.

  • Manage repair files and updating them accordingly
  • Document customer specifications in accordance with compliance
  • Submit reports and invoices
  • Record specifications through the online portal
  • Engage & schedule with the repair panel of contractors
  • Phone and email management
  • Adhoc administration duties when required


  • Experience in insurance, construction, data-entry or administration is highly advantageous
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • You take a proactive approach to your work
  • Ability to confidently liaise with trades and key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
