Senior PM/Construction Manager

Based just outside of the CBD, our client has been a fast growing brand within the industrial, commercial and Fitout construction for over 10 years. Due to their reputation and repeat business from their impressive client base they are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who is looking to step up in to a Construction Manager position within a dedicated team.

The right person will receive a generous salary package, project profit share and the opportunity to grow with a supportive team business.

Key responsibilities

• Stakeholder management
• Project programming
• Resource management
• Financial tracking and forecasting
• Project report financial and program
• Mentoring of project teams
• Ensuring project achieves milestones and quality

Key skills required to succeed

• A strong attention to detail
• A Tertiary qualification in construction or a related degree with the equivalent knowledge, skills
• At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager working on commercial projects $10mil +
• Knowledge of Melbourne construction market and subcontractors in the Tier 3 space
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
