Senior Estimator - Commercial and Luxury Residential Construction


A rare opportunity to lead the estimation team for an Industry leader based in the inner Western Suburbs.

  • Excellent remuneration up to $150,000
  • Architecturally designed projects $1M - $30M

Your Experience:

  • Qualification in Building and Construction
  • Minimum 5 years experience working as an estimator in construction (Commercial experience is a must)
  • Experience working for a commercial builder in Melbourne
  • Proven record of winning projects up to $10M
  • Ability to read complex plans
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor a dedicated team
  • Exceptional attitude and personality
  • Full Australian Working Rights
