Builder & Project(s)

• A long standing and well recognised Tier 3 / Fitout contractor delivering a broad range of projects across Government, Education, Health and Commercial projects

• 20 years of excellence across Victoria

• Delivering projects across Fitout, Refurbishment and New builds

• Innovative and driven team(s)

• Project sizes range from $500k to $15m

• Strong relationships in Victoria, enabling the builder to work on some exciting and exclusive projects

The Role:

• Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations and scope of works

• Detailed take-offs

• Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings

• Assist with tendering on multiple projects concurrently

• Initially working within a team environment as well as WFM autonomously (during COVID19)

• Gather and manage the tender documentation

• Knowledge of industry standards and prices

Must Have

• Construction related degree 

• Knowledge and understanding of industry standards and prices

• 3+ Years as an Estimator on these types of jobs locally

• fitout experience is preferable but not essential
