Senior Architect

My client is a national firm working a numerous different state on a wide portfolio across a range of sectors. With a focus on Commercial and Industrial projects, the practice has not slowed down! Now looking for a Senior Architect, this medium sized firm is looking to grow their team due to their consistent flow of projects and repeat clients.

Tasks

• Deliver commercial and industrial projects
• Guide, mentor and develop junior team members
• Run a site
• Be involved in documentation and detailing (Revit)
• Managing internal documentation teams and external consultant team to achieve the desired program, quality and design outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience
• Proven experience on Commercial and Industrial projects
• Confident communication
• Strong team skills and a collaborative nature
• Contract Administration experience
• End to end experience
• Client facing
